- Late check-out is usually not allowed.
Policy on children staying with parents:
- Free accommodation will be provided in the parents' room for one child up to five years old.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of cancellation made 30 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit amount will be refunded, minus any transaction fee charged by the bank.
- In case of cancellation made 14 to 29 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the deposit amount.
- In case of cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date, there will be no refund.
The rules above are not valid for special packages offered during Carnival, New Year and other such special periods. During these special periods, there will be no refund in case of cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
